1. Due to mechanical failure or other factors, when the equipment is shut down for more than 30 minutes, the equipment should be cleaned together immediately to avoid blockage of the filter plate.
2. Generally speaking, the car should be stopped to wash after 6-7 hours of use. The specific decision on whether to wash the car should be made according to the actual usage. However, the car should not be stopped to wash until the filter plate is completely blocked and there is no way to hang the mine, resulting in a vicious circle. Every car wash must ensure that the filter plate achieves better regeneration effect and forms a better cycle.
3. During normal operation, the backwashing pressure is 0.06-0.09Mpa. If it is higher than this range, adjust the pressure immediately to avoid cracking of the filter plate. If it is less than this range, check whether the filter element is clean, whether the filtration pressure is conventional, and whether the pressure reducing valve is normal. The factor that the backwash water pressure is too low is usually the blockage of the filter element. Check the reading values of the pressure gauges before and after the backwash filter. However, when the difference between the two exceeds 0.1Mpa, it indicates that the backwash filter element has been blocked and should be replaced immediately.
