In order to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum belt filter and extend its service life, it is very important to use and operate the vacuum belt filter correctly. At the same time, regular inspection, timely maintenance and maintenance are required.

真空带式过滤机的保养

1, the correct choice of filter cloth, that is, to consider the clarity of the filtrate and filtration efficiency. At the end of each work, the filter cloth must be cleaned to avoid residues on the cloth surface. When the filter cloth becomes hard, it should be softened. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

2. Check the sealing surface of the filter plate and remove the residue on the sealing surface to avoid leakage and leakage during work. Pay attention to protect the sealing surface, do not collide. It is best to stand when placing, which can reduce deformation.

3. If the electrical control system fails, cut off the power supply, stop repairing or replacing parts. Regularly measure the insulation performance of electrical appliances.

4. If the hydraulic cylinder fails or leaks (including the oil pipe joint), please refer to the hydraulic cylinder diagram and replace the O-ring seal and the combination gasket after disassembly.

5. The temperature of the filter material is lower than the rated temperature, generally lower than 100 ℃. The material liquid shall not be mixed with sundries and hard objects that are easy to block the feed inlet, so as not to damage the filter cloth.

6. Valves such as feed liquid and flushing water shall be opened and closed according to the operation procedures. Do not mix them.

7. After the completion of the project, the residual liquid in the pipeline shall be discharged in time and as far as possible.

8. Keep the machine and the surrounding environment clean. Remove the residual filtrate and filter cake on the machine in time. The piston rod is coated with grease at regular intervals.

In short, the vacuum belt filter should be regularly maintained to enable it to operate normally and extend its service life.
