The operating conditions of the vacuum filter are related to the actual operating conditions, such as the flow rate of the particles and the filtration pressure.

A filter is a device that removes a small amount of solid particles from a liquid. Due to the incorrect installation of the self-priming pump device, the user should fix the self-priming pump on the bracket welded by the triangle iron, because the triangle iron frame is too single, and only a small amount of the self-priming pump base is in contact with the triangle iron. The method is incorrect. Remove the wooden strips and fix the pump on a hard and flat ground.

Misalignment of the coiler or other rolls may also result in misalignment and wrinkling. This misalignment is shown as a diagonal deflection of the fabric zipper. By adding a balance weight to the sliding adjustment block of the tension wheel, the tension of the drag side of the filter cloth is reduced, and the travel distance of the drag side of the filter cloth is shortened, thereby correcting this phenomenon. This problem can also be caused by misalignment of the filter cloth support rollers and check that all filter cloth support rollers are aligned with the frame. During any such adjustment, the filter cloth should remain in the middle of the filter and should not stand for at least half an hour. Since many filter cloths tend to shrink after wetting, the filter cloths are either too narrow or much larger than the size used. The filter cloth should be stabilized for a period of time before any major adjustments to the calibration are made.

If there is no filter plate, the plate and frame filter press will not work.
